Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy:

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the hotel via email or phone. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a penalty charge equivalent to one night’s room rate.

No-shows will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate. If booked for multiple days and contact cannot be made with the guest, multiple day charges/ full total may be applicable.

Group Booking Policy (8+ Rooms):

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 10 days prior to their scheduled arrival date without penalty. Guests should notify the hotel via email or phone. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night’s room rate/per room booked. Within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the first 3 night’s room rate/per room booked will be liable.

In the event of a group/ guest leaving prematurely an early departure fee of the subsequent 72hrs (3 nights) from notification will be applicable.
